海外挑戦(移籍)したサッカー選手と言葉の壁Vol.1 -People who moved to foreign league and language barrier Vol.1-

今回はいつもと少し趣旨を変えた話題をポスト。ただ、少しトピックが長くなりそうなので、2回に分けようと思います。
下記の動画は、海外移籍の経験がある日本人サッカー選手達が【海外挑戦する意義について】語るというものです。面白い事に、彼らのほとんどがある共通の問題にぶつかっていました。タイトルでも述べたように、それは『言葉の壁』です。まず動画を観てもらえばわかりますが、これらの動画へ登場する選手達は、海外クラブに移籍してからもその国の言語について甘く考えていた事が伺えます。

This time I try to post my blog unusual things. But I guess this topic may be a long sentence. So I suppose I try to separate Vol.1 and Vol.2. Anyways the below movies that they have an experience moved to foreign league. That's an interesting story they almost have a common problems in there. At first you can realize it they took it lightly if you watching these movies. But sorry for these is only Japanese :(

槙野　智昭(Tomoaki Makino)

鈴木　隆行(Takayuki Suzuki)

平山　相太(Souta Hirayama)

大久保　嘉人(Yoshito Okubo)

これらの選手は、現在の海外組(本田、長友、内田、長谷部など)と異なり、2,3シーズンを過ごして日本に帰っているという事が共通している。(鈴木と高原は例外)　また、ほとんどの選手が言葉の壁というものに直面した経験を持っていた。平山に至っては、『喋れなくてもサッカー選手なんだから、感覚的にここにパスを出してほしいとかチームメートが理解してくれると思っていた』と語ったが、それは思い違いだったと本人も話している。

やはり多くの日本人選手にとって、他言語を習得するという事は難しい事なのか？これはサッカー選手だけに限らず、今の自分が居る状況にも置き換える事が出来る。カナダにワーホリで来ている日本人の中にも、英語が全く出来ない人もいます。ただ、やはり英語が出来た方が現地のカナディアンであったり、他の外国人とも仲良くなれるでしょう。上辺だけの関係でなく、お互いの事を深い部分まで話し合えた方が、自然と距離も近づきますし…それはサッカーにおいても同じだと思います。細かい戦術などを互いに理解し合うためにも、海外挑戦するサッカー選手はまず第一に言語習得を考えるべきだと。

今回は、言葉の壁にぶちあたった選手達をピックアップしましたが、次回は言葉の壁を乗り越えた選手達を紹介したいと思います。まぁ、言葉の壁にフォーカスしなくても、この企画の動画はおもしろいですよ。


These players is different from other player who is like Honda, Nagatomo, Uchida, and Hasebe etc... Because they backed in J-league team within a few year, except Takahara and Suzuki. And almost players had an experience that they faced the problem they couldn't speak and realize team language. Also Hirayama didn't try to learn team language. He said "I thought my team mate realizes something need for playing soccer. Ex they realize how to pass if I'm thinking I want where is it" But he has already realize it was wrong idea.
I guess almost Japanese soccer player couldn't master the other language. I've no idea how to learn it is difficult or not. But this situation is my situation tho haha
Some people who come from Japan to Canada can't speak English at all. And I don't know how's my english level is :( Actually if we can speak fluently, we can make friend with canadian and other country people is more easily. And we know things of each other more deeply but soccer is same. If they can't speak team language, they can't realize own formation and so on. So at first they should master it, definitely.
This time I post about people who because of fail to learn language moved   from Japan to the other country. Next time I try to post about people who success to learn it move from Japan to there. Cheers for reading my blog.
